A missing piece
of prenatal care
We routinely prepare expectant parents for labor, delivery, and newborn care. Yet one of the strongest predictors of parental wellbeing, child development, and family resilience—the health of the couple relationship—often receives little attention.
Partners to Parents is an evidence-based, relationship-focused preventive intervention that helps expectant couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, build resilience, and prepare for the transition to parenthood together. Grounded in research on relationship health, perinatal mental health, and child development, the program complements routine prenatal care by addressing a critical yet often overlooked aspect of family wellbeing.
We welcome referrals from obstetricians, midwives, family physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, doulas, and other perinatal professionals supporting birthing individuals and their partners.
